Playa Flamenca is a vibrant urbanization of Orihuela Costa, belonging to the province of Alicante, in the Valencian Community.

This urbanization received this name because its first promoters were of Belgian origin, specifically from Flanders.

How to get to Playa Flamenca by road?

You can get to Playa Flamenca on the N-332 road towards Cartagena if you are coming from the coast from Alicante or Torrevieja and the other way round if you are coming from the Cartagena or Mar Menor area. You can also get there on the AP-7 motorway (exit 763), When you leave the motorway you will find a roundabout right next to the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, at this roundabout you have to take the direction of La Zenia, and when you reach the next roundabout, already on the N-332, take the direction of Torrevieja- Alicante, and just 600 m away you will find the exit for Playa Flamenca.

How far is Playa Flamenca from the airport?

Playa Flamenca is very well connected either with the airport of Alicante-Elche (51 km) or the airport of Corvera, in Murcia (53 km).

The oldest area of Playa Flamenca stretches out on the beachside of the N332 National road. It is composed of independent villas, within walking distance to the beach and some of which are on the front line. Due to the relatively small extension of Playa Flamenca on the beach side of the N332 the choice of within walking distance to the beach is small. You have a choice of nice detached villas either with one or two floors and spacious plots, two blocks of apartments and a small selection of townhouses. Being on the beachside comes at a premium.

Just on the other side of the N-332, you have a wide choice of different types of properties for sale in all price ranges. As here you will find this area is more recently developed and the sizes are more adjusted with smaller plots of land and with much more reasonable prices.

Here you will find townhouses and apartments of all styles and sizes. The apartments in this area of Playa Flamenca usually do not exceed 4 floors.

It is also important to point out that the area of Playa Flamenca is practically completely developed, except for a few areas where a large residential complex is currently under construction.
